We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our acceptance into the Guild of Master Craftsman.In light of tighter hygiene controls for our business, and indeed for your business catering requirements, we would like to inform you of our qualifications; We are registered with the local council We are subject to regular health and We keep a record of food temperature checks during cooking and refrigeration Our vehicles are temperature controlled and serviced regularly Records are kept of all our suppliers and their relevant qualifications All food preparation staff are trained to the minimum requirement as recommended by the health and hygiene authority. We are currently the only mobile food supplier to be awarded the guild of master craftsman status.
